Publishers & Senior Management Open Mic Session
Anything goes in the open mic session moderated by Peter Lamb at the Community Papers of Florida (CPF) annual conference in Orlando scheduled for May 1-2.

The session for publishers and senior management is scheduled at 9:15 a.m. on Friday, May 1.

A native of South Africa, Lamb started his publishing career at The Flyer in Miami where he served a vice president of sales and marketing, vice president of marketing and telemarketing and director of telemarketing. He later started his own firm, Lamb Consulting.

Lamb is a past member of the Community Papers of Florida (CPF) board of directors and has been a consultant for the association for a number of years.

His background includes a tour on the professional tennis circuit. He played worldwide, including at Wimbledon, the U.S. Open, in Australia, Europe and Costa Rica. He represented South Africa in the Davis Cup against the United States.

Lamb earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in business administration from Vanderbilt University as well as an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business.

In April of 1997 Lamb was sworn in as a citizen of the United States.
